Six hour stints at the library, free Moe's, raffles where everyone wins, swimming, Payne's- life has treated me well these past few weeks. Last night I ate mounds of free Mexican, stuffing my face with guacamole, beans, four different variations of salsa, tortillas, and the favorite Mexican dessert- chocolate chip cookies. And my thank you gift for eating this food? An itunes gift card. I sure am a generous student ;) Kate and I decided swimming was our only option after this excellent dining experience, swimming on a full stomach is something I always recommended to patrons when I worked as a lifeguard. We captured beautiful photographs, both of us looking like dead pale mermaids in the crystal clear 25 meter pool. Kate could never take a bad picture, even underwater attempting to make goofy faces. Payne's (noun)- a dining experience meant to share with people of a similar stature comparable to only Payne himself; a restaurant owned by the only foreigner in Gas City, IN.
